Azee Rediuse is an antibiotic used to treat infections caused by a wide range of bacteria. It inhibits the growth of bacteria in the body but is ineffective against viral infections such as the common cold and seasonal flu. It is specifically indicated for bacterial infections, including respiratory infections, skin infections, ear infections, and sexually transmitted diseases. Additionally, it is suitable for managing mild to moderate infections caused by specific bacteria. It can be administered alone or in conjunction with other medications for certain infections in patients with advanced HIV infection. Furthermore, it is effective against a broad spectrum of bacterial organisms, including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Mycobacterium avium, and Haemophilus influenzae.

 

Azee Rediuse can be taken either before or after meals. For children under 16 years, the recommended dosage is 10 mg/kg of body weight orally per day for three days. This is followed by a 10 mg/kg oral loading dose on the first day of therapy, which can then continue at a dosage of 5 mg/kg body weight for the next four days.

 

It is also recommended for other bacterial infections, including malaria, among others. Avoid overdosing, as it may result in serious issues, including life-threatening events. For optimal results, it should be taken consistently without missing doses. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember; if the time for the next dose approaches, skip the missed dose.

 

Azee Rediuse is contraindicated for individuals with known hypersensitivity to this medication or any of its ingredients. Therefore, you should consult your doctor before commencing treatment, and do not use it without a prescription.

 

The potential side effects associated with Azee Rediuse include abdominal pain, irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias), abnormal liver function tests, skin reactions, allergic reactions, feelings of anxiety and agitation, decreased platelet or white blood cell counts, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, hearing loss, hypertension, hypersensitivity, liver or kidney issues, loss of appetite, nervousness, joint pain (arthralgia), seizures, drowsiness, oral thrush, abdominal discomfort, weakness, and more. If you experience any of these symptoms, seek medical attention immediately. Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
